Repost on Country Calendar

Filming Country Calendar earlier this year was an experience we will never forget.

We will forever be grateful to Vicki (Producer) for allowing us to do ‘multiple takes’ and navigate how to tell our story, Pop was star struck as she is one of the top journalists of his generation a household name on the evening news; she put us at ease and we are lucky we got her.

Nigel (Sound Engineer) for his humour; reminding us he can hear us talking even when 100’s of yards away due to our microphones being on, creating lots of laughs. Once Greg finally got a good take to be told “Sorry guys the sheep’s too loud go again”.

And lastly Richard (Cinematographer) for visualising the best ways to show our farm and Repost and say “Sorry guys can someone move the white car again or move to the left, bit more, no too far back again”… his patience and vision meant combined these guys were the dream team and it was an amazing five days.

The last day's BBQ where we could all celebrate together was the cherry on top! We all felt a buzz of atmosphere that something special had taken place, and to have this footage to look back on decades from now I know we will still feel the same.

Thank you Hyundai Country Calendar for giving us this opportunity and more importantly thank you Vicki, Nigel and Richard. Legends.
